FACT CHECK: Obama likes both sides of an argument
[Political News]In President Barack Obama's hands, the $700 billion financial rescue fund offers a bit of bookkeeping magic: an opportunity to pay down the deficit while also spending more—thereby adding to it. [Political Opinion]The 1st bailout did little if anything to stop the financial meltdown. Now Democrats are proposing a stimulus pkg. that will have little immediate effect & includes lots of pork spending for unrelated issues. Basically, the govt. is offering no relevant help and perhaps has worsened what already is a devastating situation.

Hurray!
