Cheap International Calls from Mobile Phones

Tel3 has announced the introduction of Tel3Apps which allows smart phone users to directly dial international calls from their mobile phones without dialing access numbers or PIN codes. All a user needs to do is download the TEL3Apps software from the Tel3 website. Than, when the user dials an international phone number, the TEL3Apps software will automatically direct call over the low cost Tel3 network.
